Scottish tablet is a traditional and much-loved treat. We make our version with a cherished recipe shared by generations of our sweet-toothed family.

We make tablet in small batches for maximum freshness. We use no preservatives, just pure sugar, unsalted butter, fresh and sweetened milk all bubbled and set into smooth, honey-coloured confections.

Tablet is very sweet and very delicious and although not particularly diet-friendly, just the kind of tiny treat everyone's diet can take once in a while. Scottish tablet is perfect with coffee at any time of the day or evening and offers a spoonful of sugar in the most delightful way.
