Product information

We don't use any preservatives in our tablet, so it should be kept covered in a cool, dry place away from direct sun. Tablet is best eaten within four weeks but, we think, it's most delicious within a week or two. We can't guarantee the tablet is completely free of trace amounts of wheat, eggs or nuts because we cook other foods in our kitchen.

UK Delivery

Because we use a third party carrier, Royal Mail, to deliver on our behalf we can’t be responsible for late deliveries due to any problems Royal Mail encounter such as postal or transport strikes. However, we don't want to see people go without (tablet) so please call us if your tablet doesn't arrive by the due date and we will send you a replacement.

Privacy Policy

We don’t share customer information with anyone else. Your personal information is only used for the purchase and shipping of your order. Online purchases are confidential.

Complaints

We hope you won't have cause to read this paragraph but if you aren't happy about something we've done please contact us us so we can fix it asap.

Payments

Our payments are processed at the time of order rather than when the order is sent. As soon as the payment is confirmed on weekdays, the order is despatched. Orders received at weekends are despatched on Mondays.
